Hotel Milu Florence

The staff was attentive and always willing to help. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major attractions. The room was spacious and had a beautiful vaulted ceiling. The terrace added an extra touch and made the room feel even bigger.

I was welcomed by the great staff at Milu. They immediately made me feel at ease after a long and tiring journey. The hotel's modern art collection added a unique touch to the overall ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The location was fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed spending evenings on the heated rooftop balcony, enjoying the view of the neighborhood. I had a wonderful stay at Milu and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is located right in the city center, within walking distance to the main tourist points. It is also conveniently close to the shopping area and designer shops, making it a great spot for fashion enthusiasts. the staff provided excellent service and the rooms were modern and well-equipped, including a complementary minibar and a peaceful rooftop area for relaxation.

The ventilation system in the bathroom didn't work properly in our room, resulting in an unpleasant smell from the sewer.

Amazing rooftop terrace with excellent breakfast buffet and great atmosphere. Friendly and ambitious staff who were eager to answer all our questions about the city. Great location in the center of Florence.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and it was an absolute dream. This place is situated in the absolute heart of the city, and I was able to visit all the stunning sights of town within just a few minutes of walking. The staff was extremely accommodating, offering various services like room service, dry cleaning, car hire, and much more. The room amenities were top-notch, making me feel absolutely at home with soundproofed rooms, a terrace, a mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service, by far the best aspect of my stay.
